  1. I love the way you laid these—you totally set him up to learn. And he did. I suspect you also learned the value of patience—by holding your ground he searched and found, and his tracking behavior was pretty clear. Next time starts are in your rotation, maybe add 15” to each track….and then the time after that, repeat this. So push him a bit more, and then ‘reward’ him with younger. I am very happy with this. It did kinda look like he expected food drops at certain places on the first track—make note of that and make sure you aren’t setting patterns. He’s far enough along you can start saying, ‘no food first leg’ S_W_F_ second leg; one food drop third leg etc. So a leg with zero or 1 food drops followed by a pattern….and mix those up. And if that didn’t make sense, let me know.

  2. Nice starts! Just a quick chime in that it looked good...though noticed with your husband's videos that your feet are sometimes "happy" when Dewey isn't tracking (so you see profile and it's not a turn) or he's not moving. I noticed it most in track #2 (see around 1:01 for example) and then a few times in #4. In track #3 you looked like you were working more at being still on those moments. Since I haven't seen these side videos before not sure if it's a habit or not, so mentioning here just in case.
